摘 要:针对我国某型飞机在长期使用过程中出现搭载的ARINC825总线接口芯片频发损伤故障,提出了总线接口芯片损伤故障与机载电源切换过程高度相关的故障机理,试验测试验证了这一重要关联性。通过对总线接口芯片的DC-DC电源模块特性进行分析,提出了调整供电线路和脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation, PWM)控制器的改进措施,消除了DC-DC电源模块尖峰电压。利用改进前后电源模块的对比验证,验证了该改进措施能够解决控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network, CAN)总线接口芯片损伤故障,保证CAN总线的通信正常和飞机使用的可靠性。该故障机理的分析过程和改进措施对于解决机载电源切换导致芯片损伤问题具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the frequent damage faults of ARINC825 bus interface chip carried by an aircraft in China during its long-term use, failure mechanism that the controller area network(CAN) bus interface chip failure is highly related to the process of airborne power supply switching is proposed, and the strong correlation is verified by experimental tests.By analyzing the characteristics of DC-DC power module of bus interface chip, the improvement measures of adjusting power supply line and pulse width modulation(PWM) controller are put forward to eliminate the peak voltage of DC-DC power module.By comparing the power modules before and after the improvement, it is verified that the improvement measure can solve the damage fault of CAN bus interface chip, and ensure the normal communication of CAN bus and the reliability of aircraft use.The analysis process and improvement measures of the fault mechanism have certain guiding value for solving chip damage caused by airborne power switching.
