摘　　要：相对于其他家畜而言,小反刍家畜(绵羊和山羊)精液冷冻保存有其特殊性。建立一套高效的精液冷冻保存程序,有利于小反刍家畜遗传资源的长期保存和人工授精技术效率的提高。文章综述了当前小反刍家畜精液冷冻保存技术的研究进展,重点介绍了精液冷冻保存技术的发展现状及未来的发展趋势,并对一些热点抗冻保护剂、玻璃化冷冻、冰冻干燥等方面的研究现状和存在问题进行了总结,同时,对小反刍家畜精子保存技术的发展前景进行了展望。Compared with other livestock,performing semen cryopreservation of small ruminants(sheep and goats)has its particu-larity.The establishment of efficient cryopreservation procedures is beneficial for their long-term preservation of genetic resources and the improvement of the efficiency of artificial insemination technology.This paper reviewed the research progress of semen cryopreservation in small ruminants,with emphasis on the recent status and future developmental trend.In addition,it also summarized the study status and existing problems in the application of some hot cryoprotectants,vitrification,and lyophilization.Finally,the developmental future of small ruminant semen preservation technology was prospected.
