摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动检查诊断心包囊肿的临床价值。方法回顾性分析60例超声心动检查诊断为心包囊肿的患者的心包囊肿超声特点及误诊原因。结果60例患者中经手术病理及联合影像确诊52例,均表现为无回声,边界清,其内未见血流信号,8例为误诊。结论超声心动检查是初始诊断心包囊肿的常见方式,对某些患者可作为随诊观察的首选方式,其提供的病灶相关信息可指导临床采取有效的干预措施。Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiography in diagnosis of Pericardial cyst.Methods The ultrasonic characteristics and misdiagnosis reasons of pericardial cysts in sixty patients diagnosed by echocardiography were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 60 patients,52 patients were confirmed by surgical pathology and combined imaging,all of which showed no echo,clear boundary and no blood flow signal,and eight cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusions Echocardiography is a common method for the initial diagnosis of pericardium cysts and it can be used as the first choice for follow-up patients.The information provided by echocardiography can guide effective clinical intervention measures.
