超声在评价骨关节炎患者膝关节间隙中的应用

摘　　要：目的使用超声探测骨关节炎患者内侧膝关节间隙,探讨超声探测膝关节间隙在骨关节炎患者诊疗及随诊中的应用价值。方法利用超声,通过规范化膝关节间隙探测方法,对正常组120例及骨关节炎患者40例进行探测,分析对比骨关节炎患者与正常组关节间隙数据。通过超声及X线对其中10例骨关节炎患者关节间隙进行随访,并比较这两种方法在随访中的应用。结果骨关节炎患者组的膝关节间隙与同年龄段、同性别正常组相比明显变窄,结果具有统计学意义。超声相比于X线检查,在骨关节炎随访中更易于发现关节间隙的变化。结论超声通过规范化的膝关节间隙探测方法,能有效探测骨关节炎患者的膝关节间隙,能够准确显示骨关节炎组与正常组的差异,并且显示出在骨关节炎随访中的应用优势。Objective To detect the medial knee space in patients with osteoarthritis by ultrasound,and to explore the application value of ultrasonic detection of knee space in the diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of patients with osteoarthritis.Methods 120 cases of normal group and 40 cases of patients with osteoarthritis were detected by ultrasound and standardized knee joint space detection method.The joint space data of osteoarthritis patients and normal group were analyzed and compared.10 patients with osteoarthritis were followed up by ultrasound and X-ray and the application of the two methods in follow-up was compared.Results The knee joint space in the osteoarthritis group was significantly narrower than that in the normal group of the same age and gender,and the results were statistically different.Compared with X-ray examination,ultrasound was easier to find the changes of joint space in the follow-up of osteoarthritis.Conclusions Through standardized knee joint space detection method,ultrasound can effectively detect the knee joint space of patients with osteoarthritis,accurately show the difference between the osteoarthritis group and the normal group,and show the application advantage in the follow-up of osteoarthritis.
