摘　　要：本研究旨在梳理、分析2021/22年榨季世界糖业市场变化。围绕生产情况、消费情况、进出口贸易情况和期末库存情况4个方面概述了世界糖业形势,同时基于前五大生产国、消费国、进口国以及出口国的情况分析了影响世界食糖生产、消费、进出口贸易的因素。通过世界糖业市场数据分析可知2021/22年榨季全球糖业基本情况:①产需基本平衡;②产需重点区域较为集中;③出口地集中,进口地分散;④期末库存区域较为集中。The purpose of this study is to sort out and analyze the changes in the world sugar market in the 2021/22 crusing season.The situation of the world sugar industry is summarized in four aspects:production,consumption,import and export trade and ending stocks.At the same time,based on the situation of the top five producing countries,consuming countries,importing countries and exporting countries,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the world sugar production,consumption and import and export trade.Through the analysis of the world sugar market data,we can conclude the basic situation of the global sugar industry in the 2021/22 crusing season as follows:first,the production and demand are basically balanced;second,the key areas of production and demand are relatively concentrated;thirdly,the export places are centralized,and the import places are scattered;fourthly,the ending stocks area is relatively concentrated.
