摘　　要：随着取消“从事第三方药品物流业务批准”政策的深入推进,一大批有实力的满足现代医药物流条件的企业纷纷进军医药物流行业,在此政策背景下,将第三方物流服务商引入到药品供应链系统,使问题研究更加符合实际。通过构建由药品生产商、药品分销商、第三方物流服务商和零售药店/医院四方利益主体组成的药品三级供应链运行模型,比较独立决策和合作决策下的供应链绩效指标。研究发现,两种决策下,第三方物流服务商提供的最佳物流配送、服务水平相当,但在合作决策下,无论是销售量还是供应链总收益均远远超过独立决策下的数值。研究结论表明,合作共赢已成为药品供应链未来发展之路,探索药品供应链上下游之间的沟通、合作、协调机制势在必行。With the cancellation of the policy of“approval of third-party drug logistics business”,a large number of powerful enterprises that meet the conditions of modern pharmaceutical logistics have entered the pharmaceutical logistics.In the context of this policy,the introduction of third-party logistics service providers into the drug supply chain system makes the study more practical.By constructing a three-level drug supply chain operation model composed of drug manufacturers,drug distributors,third-party logistics service providers and retail pharmacies/hospitals,the overall performances of the supply chain under independent decision-making and cooperative decision-making are compared.It is found that the optimal logistics distribution and service level provided by the third-party logistics service provider are the same under the two decisions.However,under the cooperative decision,both the sales quantity and the total revenue of the supply chain exceed the value under the independent decision.The result shows that cooperation to achieve a win-win situation has become the future development of drug supply chain and that exploring the communication,cooperation and coordination mechanism between the upstream and downstream of the drug supply chain is very important.
