摘 要:针对隔膜泵单向阀早期故障发生时信号中能揭示故障特性的冲击成分能量微弱、难以提取的问题,提出了一种基于均值散布负熵信息图的单向阀故障诊断方法:首先,利用树状带通滤波器对信号进行不同频率分辨率的频谱划分;然后,分别计算各频带的平方包络(square envelope,SE)和平方包络谱(square envelope spectrum,SES)用于表征该频带的脉冲和循环平稳特性,并对各频带的SE信号进行固定比例的等分处理;最后,引入散布负熵(dispersion negentropy,NDE)来改善原有信息图中Shannon负熵对噪声敏感的现象,通过将SE的NDE均值计算结果和SES的NDE计算结果进行加权求平均来确定最佳频段所在的位置,利用所选频段进行带通滤波及解调分析后实现早期故障的诊断。仿真和工程试验表明,该方法可以准确地提取到单向阀早期故障的特征,具有一定的可靠性和工程应用价值。Here,aiming at the problem of impact component energy to be able to reveal fault characteristics in early fault signals of diaphragm pump check valve being weak and difficult to extract,a fault diagnosis method of check valve based on mean dispersion negentropy infograph was proposed.Firstly,spectrum divisions with different frequency resolutions were performed for signal using a tree band-pass filter.Then,square envelope(SE)and square envelope spectrum(SES)of each frequency band were calculated,respectively to characterize its pulse and cyclostationary characteristics,and the SE signal of each frequency band was equally divided according to a fixed proportion.Finally,the negative dispersion entropy(NDE)was introduced to improve the sensitivity of Shannon negative entropy to noise in original infograph.The position of the best frequency band was determined using weighted averaging NDE mean calculation results of SE and SES.The selected frequency band was used for band-pass filtering and demodulation analysis to realize early fault diagnosis.Simulation and engineering tests showed that the proposed method can accurately extract early fault characteristics of check valve,and have a certain reliability and engineering application value.
