摘 要:外泌体微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是由外泌体介导以实现细胞间通讯的miRNA,在生物体内广泛存在。近年来,外泌体miRNA的多重生物学功能在心血管疾病发生、发展过程中的关键作用已被大量研究证实,成为临床及基础研究的热点。由心血管疾病导致的心脏性猝死是法医学鉴定工作中的重要内容之一,本文就外泌体miRNA在心血管疾病的预测、治疗及预后等方面的研究进展进行综述,并对其在法医学鉴定中的应用前景进行讨论。Exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs)are miRNAs that are mediated by exosomes to achieve cell-to-cell communication,and they are widespread in organisms.In recent years,the key role of the multiple biological functions of exosomal miRNAs in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases has been confirmed by a large number of studies,which has become a hot spot in clinical and basic research.Sudden cardiac death caused by cardiovascular disease is one of the important contents in forensic medical identification.This article introduces the research progress of cardiovascular disease prediction,treatment and prognosis on exosomal miRNA.The prospects of the application in forensic medical identification are discussed.
