摘　　要：湖南省文物考古研究所编著的《里耶秦简(壹)》《里耶秦简(贰)》包含秦迁陵县官府文书资料,具有重要的史料价值。本文提出五组缀合,分别是8-694+8-85、8-738+8-74、8-1439+8-975、9-83+9-783、9-172+9-1267+9-1404,从形制、文意等方面分析所缀残片之间的关联性,论证缀合的合理性,并新释8-694+8-85“寄”“今追书”以及9-83+9-783“二”等字词,对新复原的简文加以疏解,为学界利用该批简牍提供文本基础。Liye Qin Bamboo Slips(1)and Liye Qin Bamboo Slips(2)edited by Hunan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology are important historical matrials of great value,containing the documents of Qianling county in the Qin dynasty In this paper,the author proposes five groups stitchedslipsincluding8-694+8-85,8-738+8-74,8-1439+8-975,9-83+9-783and9-172+9-1267+91404 to analyze the relevance between the stitched fragments from the aspects of shape,literary meaningand so on,and demonstrate the rationality of stitching the bamboo slips.In addition,the author interpretsanew“寄”(ji)“今追书”(jinzhuishu)in8-694+8-85and"二"(er)in9-83+9-783 and some other words newly restored texts of the bamboo slips,oas to provide abetter textual basis forthefurtherstudyof these bambooslips.
