摘  要:确定河流生态流量既可以为河道生态环境治理提供参考,对流域水资源保护具有重大意义。以闽江下游干流为例,采用Tennant法、90%保证率最枯月平均法(Q90法)、可变范围(RVA)法、改进流量历时曲线(FDC)法和频率曲线法计算竹岐站、文山里站、永泰站的最小生态流量。通过进一步分析,对枯期和汛期,分别提出最适合三站生态流量的计算方法,选取其内包线作为三站各月的生态流量值。最终确定竹岐站、文山里站、永泰站三站生态流量取值分别为374.2~969.8、157.6~461.0、13.8~67.2 m^(3)/s。研究成果可为闽江下游流域保护和流域水资源优化配置提供技术参考。Determining the ecological flow of rivers can not only provide a reference for the governance of the ecological environment of the river, but also has great significance for the protection of water resources in the river basin. In this paper, taking the main stream of the lower Minjiang River as an example, the Tennant method, 90% guarantee rate driest month average method(Q90 method), variable range(RVA) method, improved flow duration curve(FDC) method and frequency curve method were used to calculate the minimum ecological flow of the Zhuqi station, Wenshanli station, and Yongtai station. Through further rationality analysis, the most suitable calculation methods for the ecological flow of the three stations were proposed for the dry season and the flood season, and the inner envelope line was selected as the monthly ecological flow value of the three stations. The final ecological flow of the Zhuqi station, Wenshanli station, and Yongtai station are 374.2~969.8、157.6~461.0、13.8~67.2 m^(3)/s, respectively. The research results provide technical reference for the protection of the lower Minjiang River basin and the optimal allocation of water resources in the basin.
