风电叶片模具主管道内残余树脂检测方法的对比研究

摘  要:风电叶片制作模具主管道为聚丙烯管(polypropylene random,以下简称PP-R),叶片制作主要采取真空辅助树脂传递模压成型工艺(Vacuum Assisted resin transfer moulding,简称VARTM),该工艺依靠模具主管道进行抽气并保持模具真空度,一旦管道发生堵塞,将会造成叶片灌注缺陷引起部件报废,PPR管道因用途特殊为非透明管道,而专为风电叶片开发透明管道因成本高不可行。分别采取DR和超声波检测方法检测管道内有无残留树脂,结果表明,超声波方法无环境辐射更容易普及和应用。The main pipe of wind turbine blade mould is polypropylene random(PP-R).Vacuum assisted resin transfer moulding(VARTM)is adopted for the construction of the blades.This technology relies on the main pipe of the mold to extract air and maintain the vacuum degree of the mold.Once the pipe is blocked,it will cause the blade perfusion defects and cause the parts to be scrapped.PP-R pipe is a non-transparent pipe because of its special purpose,and it is not feasible to develop transparent pipe for wind turbine blades because of its high cost.DR and ultrasonic detection methods are used to detect whether there is residual resin in the pipe respectively.The results show that the ultrasonic method is easier to popularize and apply without environmental radiation.
