无养生条件石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石施工技术研究

摘　　要：养护项目中的道路大、中修工程多采用石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石作为道路结构修复材料。该类工程均在现有道路上实施,且同时承载着较重的社会交通任务。由于道路管理单位很难批复长时间占路施工,因此给施工增加了难度。通过查阅文献、实地调查以往工程实践,开展了有养生和无养生条件下的石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石施工试验。通过对施工前后的检测数据进行分析,认为一定条件下,石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石在无养生环境中是可以进行同面层连续铺筑并开放交通的,其施工质量能够满足道路质量要求。该研究为有效解决施工与占道的矛盾提供了一种新的解决办法。Being road structure repair material,the lime fly ash stabilized crushed-stones is applied in overhaul and medium repair engineering of road maintenance.These engineering are constructed on existing roads which bear heavy traffic tasks.The construction is made more difficult because long-term occupying-road construction is hard to be approves by the management units.Based on literature review,field investigation and previous practice,tests of lime fly ash stabilized crushed-stones construction are carried out under maintenance and without maintenance condition.The test data before and after construction are analyzed.It is found that lime fly ash stabilized crushed-stones can be overlaid continuously on the same surface,the road is passable as well.The construction meets the requirements of the road quality.The study provides a solution to the contradiction between construction and road-occupation.
