摘  要:水损害作为沥青路面病害的主要类型之一,严重影响道路使用寿命。环氧抗滑薄层技术是一种用于旧路面抗滑功能恢复的新技术,从原理上分析该技术对提升路面整体水稳定性具有巨大的潜力。为研究环氧抗滑薄层对沥青路面水稳定性的影响规律及机理,提出环氧抗滑薄层材料组成设计,并测试了环氧树脂复合材料的吸水率;然后通过冻融劈裂试验和汉堡车辙试验测试了环氧抗滑表层复合结构的冻融劈裂强度比(TSR)以及水浴条件下的抗车辙性能与抗剥落性能;最后基于CT扫描图片,从定性和定量角度揭示了环氧树脂复合材料提升沥青路面整体水稳定性的作用机理。研究表明:环氧树脂复合材料吸水率远低于1%;环氧抗滑表层复合路面冻融劈裂强度比远大于普通沥青路面,并且随环氧树脂复合材料摊铺量的增大而提升;环氧抗滑薄层铺装后的沥青路面抗剥落性能与铺装前相比有极大改善,在湿热严酷条件下可以保持良好的路面性能。因此,环氧抗滑薄层技术具有推广应用价值。Water damage is one of the main types of asphalt pavement diseases,which seriously affects the service life of roads.Epoxy anti-slip thin coating is a new technology of the recovery of anti-slip for worn pavement.According to the principle analysis,this technology has great potential for improving the overall pavement water stability.In order to study the effect of epoxy anti-slip thin coating on the water stability of asphalt pavement,the composition material design of epoxy anti-slip thin coating is proposed in this paper,water absorption of epoxy resin is tested;The freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio(TSR)of composite structure of epoxy anti-slip surface and rutting resistance and spalling resistance under ware bath are tested by TSR test and Hamburg wheel-tracking device(HWTD).Based on scan photos,action mechanism of epoxy resin composite materials on improving the overall water stability are revealed from qualitative and quantitative view.The results show that the water absorption of epoxy anti-slip material is less than 1%;TSR is much greater than that of asphalt pavement and increases with the increase of epoxy material paving volume;Spalling performances is greatly improved compared with that before so that the pavement have good performance under hot and humid condition.Therefore,epoxy anti-slip thin coating technology has popularization and application value.
