摘  要:排水能力和内涝风险评估对排水防涝工作具有重要指导意义。以东北地区某典型城市建成区为研究区,通过解译遥感影像,获取研究区土地利用类型分布,并据此选取下渗量,构建了城市暴雨洪涝SWMM模型。选取典型场次“2012-07-25”降雨下洪水实测值对模型进行验证,结果表明模型精度较高。通过设置4种不同重现期降雨情景,模拟了城市排水管网运行情况。结果表明,内涝中、高风险区主要分布在城乡结合部河流的中下游段和低洼区。该研究成果为城市内涝防控提供了重要依据。Evaluation of drainage capacity and waterlogging risk is important for drainage and waterlogging prevention.A typical urban area in Northeast China was taken as an example in this paper.The utilization type of the studied land was obtained by interpretating remote sensing video and infiltration amount was determined.Then urban storm water management model(SWMM)was built.The model was certificated to be high accuracy by the typical rainfall“2012-07-25”.The operation of urban pipeline networks was simulated by setting four different recurrence period rainstorm scenarios.The results show that medium and high waterlogging risk region were mainly distributing in midstream and downstream of rivers and low lying area at rural-urban fringe.The results provide an important basis for urban waterlogging prevention and control.
