摘  要:牛肠道病毒感染是由牛肠道病毒(bovine enterovirus,BEV)引起的一种临床上以呼吸系统、消化系统和神经系统症状为主要特征的传染病。作为国内新发传染病,该病在新疆地区牛群的感染情况缺乏研究。本研究应用双抗体夹心ELISA方法对采集于新疆不同区域牛群的740份牛粪样品进行BEV抗原检测,并进行了病毒的分离鉴定及遗传进化分析。结果显示,新疆不同地区牛群均存在程度不同的BEV感染,感染率为7.8%~24.3%。应用Vero细胞从部分阳性样品中分离获得了3株病毒,理化学特性、生物学特性及免疫学特性鉴定结果显示,分离的3株病毒均为肠道病毒,命名为BEV-XJY48、BEV-XJZ97和BEV-XJS128。分离毒株的5′UTR基因序列测定与遗传进化分析显示,3株BEV毒株均为E种肠道病毒。本研究结果揭示出新疆不同地区牛群存在BEV感染,丰富了国内BEV感染的流行病学资料,为今后新疆地区该病的防控提供了理论依据。Bovine enterovirus infection is an emerging infectious disease characterized by respiratory system,digestive system and nervous system disorders.As a newly discovered infectious diseases in China,the BEV infection in Xinjiang autonomous regions remains unclear.In this study,the sandwich ELISA method was used to detect BEV antigen in fecal specimens collected from cattle herds in different regions of Xinjiang.Viruses were isolated by inoculating some positive samples to Vero cells and their physiochemical,biological and immunological properties were further characterized.5′UTR sequences were amplified and sequenced to determine the genetic variations.The results showed that BEV infections were existed in cattle herds from different regions in Xinjiang with an infection rate ranging from 7.8%to 24.3%.Characterizations of the three isolates demonstrated they were resistant to the treatment of pH 3.0 and organic solvents such as chloroform,suggesting they were likely enterovirus isolates.Sequencing analysis revealed that the three isolates shared the highest sequence identity with BEV-LC-R4,while they had a 89.23%sequence homology with the BEV-HY12,suggesting they belong to the enteroviruses species E.The above results demonstrated the existence of BEV infection in Xinjiang,which enriches the BEV epidemiological data and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of BEV infection in Xinjiang.
