摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引起的,以钝缘蜱为传播媒介的一种急性、广泛出血性、高传染性的猪致命疾病,发病率和病死率可高达100%。ASFV是一种大型的DNA病毒,结构复杂,其基因组编码多种结构蛋白和非结构蛋白。非洲猪瘟是全球养猪业的灾难性疾病,目前,尚未开发出安全有效的商品化疫苗和治疗方法。随着生物技术的发展,ASFV疫苗的研究取得了较大的发展。本研究旨在总结ASF灭活疫苗以及基因工程疫苗如减毒活疫苗、病毒载体活疫苗、亚单位疫苗以及DNA疫苗研究的进展,并对ASFV疫苗的研制进行了展望,以期为ASFV疫苗的研究提供参考。African swine fever(ASF)is an acute,hemorrhagic,highly contagious,and lethal swine disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),and transmitted by Ornithodoros species,with a high mortality rate up to 100%.ASFV is a large DNA virus,with a complex structure and a genome that encodes a variety of structural and non-structural proteins.ASF is a kind of catastrophic viral disease caused by ASFV that severely impacts swine industry worldwide.So far,there is no effective vaccine and therapeutic method available for ASF.For the past few years,the research on vaccine against ASF has made considerable progress.The review focuses on the progress of research on inactivated vaccines and genetic engineering vaccines against ASFV,including live attenuated vaccines,live virus vector vaccines,subunit vaccines and DNA vaccines and to provide an outlook on the development of ASFV vaccines with the aim of providing a reference for ASFV vaccine research.
