摘 要:Cathelicidins(CATHs)是一类具有抗感染和免疫调节等活性的多功能抗菌肽,广泛分布于不同动物体内,在宿主抵御病原时入侵发挥极其重要的作用。近年来,鸡源CATHs活性及应用的研究得到迅速发展,其广谱抗菌活性及独特的杀菌机制使其不易产生耐药性,具有成为新一代抗菌和免疫调节药物的潜力。现对鸡源CATHs的结构与活性的关系、分布与表达、抗微生物活性、免疫调节活性等方面的研究进展进行综述,并对其应用前景进行了分析。Cathelicidins(CATHs)are a family of antimicrobial peptides with multi-functional activities including anti-infective and immunomodulatory activities,which are extensively expressed in different animals and play an important role in the host defense against microbial infection.In recent years,the study on activities and applications of chicken-derived CATHs has rapidly developed.The broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and unique antibacterial mechanism make it difficult to develop drug resistance,which has the potential to develop a new generation of antibacterial and immunomodulatory drugs.Therefore,this review focuses on the research progress of chicken cathelicidins on the relationship between structure and activity,distribution and expression,antimicrobial activity,and immunomodulatory activity as well as the discussion of its potential application prospects.
