摘 要:以AFC-1为催化剂、H_(2)O_(2)为氧化剂,采用微波催化氧化处理模拟含酚废水,考察了H_(2)O_(2)浓度、催化剂AFC-1加量、反应时间、pH值、微波功率、初始苯酚浓度、催化剂AFC-1重复使用次数等对苯酚去除率的影响。结果表明,在H_(2)O_(2)浓度为3000 mg·L^(-1)、催化剂AFC-1加量为3500 mg·L^(-1)、反应时间为15 min、pH值为7、微波功率为500 W的最佳条件下,对初始苯酚浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)的模拟含酚废水进行微波催化氧化处理,苯酚去除率达到95%以上,处理效果较好;催化剂AFC-1重复使用5次后,苯酚去除率仍可达90%以上,催化剂AFC-1具有较长的使用寿命。Using AFC-1 as a catalyst,and H_(2)O_(2) as an oxidant,we treated the simulated phenol-containing wastewater by microwave catalytic oxidation.Moreover,we investigated the effects of H_(2)O_(2) concentration,catalyst AFC-1 dosage,reaction time,pH value,microwave power,initial phenol concentration,and catalyst AFC-1 recycle times on the removal rate of phenol.The results show that the optimal treatment conditions can be determined as follows:the H_(2)O_(2) concentration of 3000 mg·L^(-1),the catalyst AFC-1 dosage of 3500 mg·L^(-1),the reaction time of 15 min,the pH value of 7,and the microwave power of 500 W.Under above conditions,the removal rate of phenol in the simulated phenol-containing wastewater with the initial phenol concentration of 200 mg·L^(-1) can reach above 95%,indicating that the treatment is significantly effective.After catalyst AFC-1 is reused for 5 times,the removal rate of phenol can still reach more than 90%,indicating that the catalyst AFC-1 has a long service life.
