摘　　要：全面抗战爆发后,迫于抗战形势和局势需要,中国共产党以“服务抗战”为目标在抗日根据地进行了大量“普及体育”的实践,并进行了一系列的社会动员探索。以晋绥抗日根据地体育舆论宣传史料为基础,充分梳理其体育社会动员体系,认为晋绥抗日根据地体育社会动员主要经历了“理念导入、兼容并包”的发展历程,通过“强健军民体魄、建构体育身份、发挥统战功能”的体育社会动员目的,形成了“体育领袖塑造、动员场域构建、时间节点挖掘”的体育社会动员机制,以“标语口号、报刊册子、街头诗歌”三种具体形式进行具体形式的动员,成功转化为“激发抗战意识,凝聚体育认同”“促进军民融合,培养革命精神”“强化身体行动,鼓舞全民练兵”的社会动员效果,进一步促进了根据地军民体育理念的生成和转向。After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,forced by the social situation,the Communist Party of China carried out a large number of“popular sports”practices and a range of sports social mobilization explorations in the base areas with the goal of“serving the Anti-Japanese War”.Based on the historical materials of sports public opinion publicity in the Jinsui Anti-Japanese Base Area,this studied its sports social mobilization system,and found that the social mobilization of sports in the base area developed through popularizing the concepts of doing sport and including as much as possible.Through the sports social mobilization so as to“strengthen military and civilian physique,construct sports identity,and exert the function of united front”,a sports social mobilization mechanism focusing on the roles of the sports leaders,the place and the time for sports.was established.Under the guidance of the mobilization mechanism in combination with“slogans,the enthusiasm in participation in Anti-Japanese War was aroused”,the sports identity was consolidated,the integration of the army and the people was promoted,the revolutionary spirit was highlighted,the physique was strengthened,and military training for all was promoted.The military and civilian sports concepts were formed in the base areas.
