城市社区体育组织促进社会整合的行动逻辑、功能及启示——基于太极拳趣缘群体个案研究的思考

摘　　要：基于有机整合的视角,运用文献资料、参与式访谈等方法,解析太极拳趣缘群体形成过程,对其促进社会整合的行动逻辑进行探讨。调查发现,通过核心组织者动员、集体活动的共同在场经历、亲密关系的建立和集体意识的重塑,使组织成员归属感和集体凝聚力显著增强。分析认为,这种社会整合作用来源于体育社会组织彰显的群体特质和核心的组织者的动员,以及组织成员共同在场的经历和丰富活动体验,促进个体情感的再生产和个体对组织认同的重构,由此实现了组织集体意识的重塑和组织凝聚力的凝结。此外,社区基层体育组织不仅为群体成员社会资本积累提供了一个平台,同时为主体参与和协商社会公共事务提供可能,凸显了当代城市社区体育组织对于个体和社会发展的重要性。Adopting literature study and participatory interviews this paper probed into the formation process of Taichi interest-related groups and its roles in promoting the social integration.It was found that through the mobilization of core organizers,the common presence and interaction of collective activities,the establishment of intimate relationships and the reshaping of collective consciousness,the sense of belonging and collective cohesion of the organization members was significantly enhanced.It was held that this social integration effect came from the group characteristics demonstrated by the sports social organization and the mobilization of core organizers,as well as the experience of the organization members joint presence and enriching activity experience,which promoted the reproduction of individual emotions and the importance of individual identification with the organization so that the reshaping of the collective consciousness of the organization was realized.The community grassroots level sports organizations provided its members a platform for social capital accumulation,as well as a chance for participation in the social affairs,displaying the importance of the modern urban community sports organizations to the individuals and the society.
