高校体育教育专业田径专修学生专项能力评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：采用文献综述法、访谈法、问卷调查法,基于系统评价理论和教师职业素养理论对田径专修学生专项能力的结构要素进行逻辑推理和归纳。最终形成由专项运动技能、教学能力、竞赛组织与裁判能力、训练能力、科研能力五个维度构成的高校体育教育专业田径专修学生专项能力评价指标模型,并提出该指标体系获得进一步完善的期望以及对我国高校体育教育专业田径课程的启示,旨在为诊断田径专修学生专项能力、调节教学计划、推进田径课程教学改革、加大培养力度提供理论参考。Adopting literature review,interview,questionnaire,and based on the theory of systematic evaluation and teacher professional literacy theory,this paper analyzed the structural elements of the event-related ability of the students majoring in track and field in the colleges and universities and established an event-related ability evaluation index model consisted of event-related sport skill,teaching ability,competition organizing and judging ability,training ability,and scientific research ability.The purpose was to provide theoretical reference for evaluating the event-related ability of the students,adjusting the teaching plan,promoting the teaching reform and strengthening the training efforts.
