摘　　要：目的 以科学知识图谱方式显示近20年中医药治疗骨质疏松的研究热点和研究前沿。方法 检索近20年CNKI中所有关于中医药治疗骨质疏松的中文文献。利用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,进行关键词频数、中心性、聚类、突现等分析。结果 中医药治疗骨质疏松的研究热点包括雌激素与绝经后骨质疏松、中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性骨折与糖尿病性骨质疏松等。研究前沿是表观遗传调控和基因转录调控网络。治疗上西医常用药物有钙剂、阿仑膦酸钠、降钙素等;中药治疗以补肾为主,涉及淫羊藿、左归丸等多种单味药、方剂,补肾壮骨、健脾、活血等多种治法等。结论 中西医结合是骨质疏松领域的发展趋势,尤其体现在绝经后骨质疏松及伴有骨折、糖尿病等方面的治疗中;中药干预骨质疏松的表观遗传调控和基因转录调控网络层面的探索有待深入。Objective The research hotspots and frontiers of TCM treatment of osteoporosis in the past 20 years were displayed in the way of scientific knowledge map.Methods All Chinese literature about the TCM treatment of osteoporosis from CNKI database in recent 20 years were screened.The CiteSpace software was used to draw the knowledge map.The keyword frequency,centrality,clustering,and emergence were analyzed.Results The research hotspots of TCM treatment of osteoporosis included estrogen and postmenopausal osteoporosis,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of osteoporosis fracture,and diabetic osteoporosis,etc.The frontiers were gene micro-arrays and regulatory networks.Conclusion The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine is the development trend in the field of osteoporosis,especially in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and associated with fracture and diabetes and other aspects.The epigenetic regulation and gene transcription regulation network of traditional Chinese medicine in osteoporosis need to be further explored.
