摘 要:随着百万扩招逐步实施,高职院校生源结构开始多样性发展,现有教学模式已经不足以职称当前的教育状况,探究符合退役军人的培养模式势在必行。当前智能网联汽车行业发展,智能产品逐步落地运营,市场出现人才断层现象,即应用型人才紧缺。本问深入研究现有退役军人特性,确定适应智能网联汽车技术人才培养目标,打破原有课程体系,利用信息化手段深度开发课程资源,结合职业院校教育特点建立人才培养模式为退役军人赋能。With the gradual implementation of the expansion of enrollment by one million,the student source structure of higher vocational colleges has begun to develop in diversity,and the existing teaching mode is no longer suffi cient for the current educational situation of professional titles.It is imperative to explore the training mode suitable for retired soldiers.With the current development of the intelligent networked automobile industry,intelligent products are gradually put into operation,and there is a talent gap in the market,that is,there is a shortage of applied talents.This question conducts in-depth research on the characteristics of the existing retired military personnel,determines the training goals for talents who adapt to intelligent networked vehicles,breaks the original curriculum system,uses information technology to deeply develop curriculum resources,and establishes a talent training model based on the characteristics of vocational college education to empower retired military personnel.can.
