摘　　要：随着汽车的普及,发动机作为关键部件,在实际的运行过程中可能发生各类故障,直接威胁到发动机和整个汽车的性能和使用寿命。本文从排查、分析和验证发动机热试检测过程中出现的出水总管和节温器壳结合处漏水问题,并制定控制措施,防止此类问题再发生。With the popularization of automobile,engine,as a key component,may occur all kinds of faults in the actual operation process,which directly threatens the performance and service life of the engine and the whole automobile.This paper analyzes and verifi es the leakage problem at the junction of water main pipe and thermostat shell in the process of engine thermal test,and formulates control measures to prevent such problems from happening again.
