摘　　要：随着现代汽车技术的飞速发展,潜力巨大的汽车后市场对高端人才的需求随之提升。为了响应党和国家的号召,全方位深化和创新人才培养体系,深化现代学徒制改革创新,对接行业企业需求,立足现代汽车技术的发展和汽车后市场对人才的需求,对高端人才能力要素展开研究。本文汽车后市场产业的特点及岗位职责和能力要求,构建多维度高端人才能力模型,助力培养复合型高素质技能人才。With the rapid development of modern automobile technology,the demand for high-end talents in the automotive aftermarket with huge potential has increased accordingly.In order to respond to the call of the party and the country,comprehensively deepen and innovate the talent training system,deepen the reform and innovation of the modern apprenticeship system,meet the needs of industry enterprises,and based on the development of modern automobile technology and the demand for talents in the automotive aftermarket,the article studies the elements for high-end talent capabilities.This article studies the characteristics of the automotive aftermarket industry,job responsibilities and ability requirements,builds a multi-dimensional high-end talent capability model,and helps cultivate compound high-quality skilled talents.
