摘　　要：近几年,我国机动车拥有量呈现几何级数的增长,汽车的快速增长所引发的社会矛盾和社会问题也日益增多,解决这些矛盾和问题已成为时代的迫切需要。涉及机动车犯罪的案件数量也在节节攀升,给社会和群众造成了重大损失。因机动车具有目标大、识别特征明显、登记完善、车辆之间的差异性强等特性,故破获涉及车辆的案件往往就是以对涉及的机动车及车内可疑人员进行情报搜集作为突破口而展开的。借助对车辆与车内可疑人员的可识别特征信息的搜集和确认,并在此基础上进行车辆轨迹分析与研判,精准的情报信息才能贯穿案件侦查始终,发挥情报“耳目、尖兵、参谋”的重要作用。In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in China has increased exponentially,and the social contradictions and social problems caused by the rapid growth of vehicles are also increasing.Solving these contradictions and problems has become an urgent need of the times.The number of cases involving motor vehicle crimes is also rising,causing heavy losses to the society and the masses.Because motor vehicles have the characteristics of large targets,obvious identifi cation characteristics,perfect registration and strong diff erences between vehicles,the detection of cases involving vehicles is often carried out by collecting information about the motor vehicles involved and suspicious persons in the vehicles as a breakthrough.With the help of the collection and confi rmation of the identifi able characteristic information of the vehicle and the suspicious persons in the vehicle,and on this basis,the vehicle trajectory analysis and judgment are carried out.Only accurate intelligence information can run through the case investigation and play the important role of intelligence"eyes,ears,sharp soldiers and staff offi cers"
