摘　　要：实验室管理通常采用ISO/IEC17025:2017《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》,以确保实验室检测数据的准确性和可靠性,其核心是质量管理。海关实验室作为第三方检测机构,主要承担进出境动植物及其产品、食品和商品检验检疫以及进出境人员的卫生检疫,为达到检测结果国际互认,海关系统检测实验室主要采用ISO/IEC17025管理模式。本文按照ISO/IEC17025:2017中各要素的要求,对海关检测实验室的资源要求、过程要求和管理体系要求进行深入研究,以期提升实验室的检测质量。ISO/IEC17025:2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories is usually adopted for laboratory management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test data,and its core is quality management.As a third-party testing institution,the customs laboratory mainly undertakes the inspection and Quarantine of inbound and outbound animals and plants and their products,food and commodities,as well as the health quarantine of inbound and outbound personnel.In order to achieve international mutual recognition of testing results,the customs system testing laboratory mainly adopts the ISO/IEC17025:2017 management mode.According to the requirements of various elements in iso/iec17025:2017,this paper makes an in-depth study on the resource requirements,process requirements and management system requirements of the customs testing laboratory,in order to improve the testing quality of the laboratory.
