摘　　要：目的分析心脉隆注射液辅助治疗左室射血分数(LVEF)降低型心力衰竭(HFrEF)的效果。方法选取HFrEF患者350例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(在对照组治疗的基础上采用心脉隆注射液辅助治疗),各175例,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、LVEF、心搏出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)]、血清炎症指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、脑钠肽(BNP)、爱帕琳肽(Apelin)水平和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(82.29%)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEDD和LVESD小于对照组,LVEF、CO和SV高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP低于对照组,VEGF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清Gal-3、BNP和Apelin水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液辅助治疗HFrEF疗效较好,可明显改善患者的心功能,降低炎症反应、Gal-3、BNP和Apelin水平,安全性好。Objective To analyze the effect of Xinmailong Injections on heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(HFrEF).Methods 350 cases of HFrEF patients were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 175 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Xinmailong Injections on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function[left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)],LVEF,serum inflammatory markers[high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)],and Galectin-3(Gal-3),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and Apelin levels before and after treatment between the 2 groups were compared.The adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%higher than that of the control group 82.29%(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the LVEF,CO and SV were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum hs-CRP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the VEGF level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of Gal-3,BNP and Apelin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinmailong Injections is effective in the treatment of HFrEF,which can significantly improve the cardiac function,reduce the inflammatory reaction and the levels of Gal-3,BNP and Apelin,and has a good safety.
