摘　　要：以湖南省多次组织的优秀农村住宅竞赛为例,通过比较提出政府引导下的优秀农村住宅设计是随着国家“农村建设”工作部署的变化而迭代升级的,新形势下优秀农村住宅设计应具有:安全经济、功能完善、自然乡土、生态环保、绿色低碳、美丽宜居的新时代特色。This paper takes the excellent rural housing competitions organised in Hunan Province as an example,and proposes through comparison that the excellent rural housing design guided by the government is iterative and upgraded with the changes of the national"rural construction"work deployment,and that the excellent rural housing design under the new situation should have characteristics of the new era:safety and economy,perfect function,natural rustic,ecological and environmental protection,green,low-carbon,beautiful and livable.
