摘　　要：历史建筑是人类社会文明发展进程的重要见证,其适应性再利用被建筑学术界普遍关注并实践。论文分析与总结当下历史建筑适应性再利用的设计原则,并以湖南省武冈市历史街区中项家院子适应性再利用为民宿的项目为例,从历史文化调研方法、功能布局优化、空间形态复原、分级技术措施和环境有机更新5个方面剖析其系统性设计策略,以期为我国居住类历史建筑适应性再利用提供一种新思路。Historical architecture is an important witness of the development of human civilization,and its adaptive reuse has become an important scientific topic in architectural academia.This paper analyses and summarizes the design principles of the present historical architectural adaptive reuse,and by the Hunan Wugang a yard in the historical block adaptive reuse for home stay facility project as an example,from the historical and cultural research methods,function layout optimization,recover space form,technical measures and environmental organic update five aspects analyzes the systematic design strategy,in order to provide a new idea for adaptive reuse of residential historical buildings in China.
