摘  要:在混凝土结构工程改造中,环氧树脂结构胶因其优异的力学性能及耐久性能而得到广泛使用。结构胶粘剂有室温固化型和高温固化型两类,大多数室温固化型胶粘剂由于耐热性能较差而不适用于在高温下使用。加热固化型胶粘剂需要在高温条件下才能完全固化体现其优良的性能。对于环氧胶粘剂改性实现其常温固化,同时又具有优良的耐热性能,成为目前研究的热点。本文主要探讨建筑结构胶热变形温度的影响因素,希望对产品质量的改进及实验室对结构胶性能的检测提供借鉴意义。Epoxy resin structural adhesive is widely used in concrete structural engineering because of its excellent mechanical properties and durability.Structural adhesive has room temperature curing and high temperature curing two kinds.Most room temperature curing adhesives are not suitable for using under high temperature because of poor heat re sistance.The heat-curing adhesive needs to be completely cured at high temperature to reflect its excellent performance.At present,the modification of epoxy adhesive to achieve its normal temperature curing,but also has excellent heat resistance,becomes the focus of current research.This paper mainly discusses the influence factors of building structural adhesive’s thermal deformation temperature,hoping to improve on the quality of products and laboratory testing to provide reference.
