摘 要:燃烧器是影响燃油加热器CO、NOx、UHC等污染物排放指标的关键部件。工程上需要在满足功率、效率等基本性能的基础上,尽量降低尾气的排放。本文依据燃烧物理学理论,划分了蒸发式燃烧器燃烧过程的不同功能区域,依据化学动力学理论对各区域分别描述了CO产生的影响机制,并基于此改进燃烧器进气射流结构,对进气射流静压场进行了数值仿真,并通过试验验证了该改进对改善CO排放的积极影响,对低排放蒸发式燃烧器的设计研究提供一定的参考价值。The burner is a key component that affects the emission indicators of pollutants such as CO,NOx,and UHC of fuel heaters.Engineering needs to meet the basic performance of power,efficiency and other basic performance,as far as possible to reduce the emission of exhaust gas.According to the theory of combustion physics,this paper divides the different functional areas of the combustion process of the evaporative burner,describes the influence mechanism of CO generation in each region according to the theory of chemical kinetics,and based on this improved burner intake jet structure,the static pressure field of the inlet jet is numerically simulated,and the positive effect of the improvement on improving CO emission is verified by test,which provides a certain reference value for the design and research of low-emission evaporative burner.
