摘  要:本文以汽车半轴的摆辗成形工艺为研究对象,探究了摆辗工艺在半轴生产领域的应用情况,介绍了摆辗工艺的成形原理和成形特点。并设计了两种半轴坯料方案,确定三种不同的进给速度作为工艺优化的参数,使用有限元方法对不同参数下的成形情况进行了数值模拟,通过深入分析各组数据,研究金属流动情况和锻件质量,有效预测锻件缺陷,最后在所有方案中选取了最优的工艺参数,完成了方案对比和工艺优化。This paper takes the swing rolling forming process of automobile half shaft as the research object, explores the application of swing rolling process in the field of half shaft production, and introduces the forming principle and characteristics of swing rolling process. Two semi axle blank schemes are designed, and three different feed speeds are determined as the parameters of process optimization. The forming conditions under different parameters are numerically simulated by finite element method. Through in-depth analysis of each group of data, the metal flow and forging quality are studied, and the forging defects are effectively predicted. Finally, the optimal process parameters are selected in all schemes, The scheme comparison and process optimization are completed.
