摘　　要：本文通过分析数控系统用户宏程序的特点,引出宏程序在使用中具有一定危险性的概念。针对现状,基于FANUC系统分别从程序编制、生产应用、管理制度三个阶段对可能出现的程序安全问题给出具体预防解决方案。In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of user macro program of CNC system, leads to the concept that macro program has certain danger in use. According to the current situation, based on FANUC system, specific preventive solutions are given to the possible program safety problems from three stages: programming, production application, and management system.
