摘  要:本文的目的在于介绍一种解决铸造过程中缩松问题的方法。为了有效解决铸件缩松问题,在铸造工艺中合理运用“补贴”,根据其应用场景可分为——金属补贴、暗补贴、热补贴三类。利用MAGMA软件对模流过程进行了分析并对生产过程进行了跟踪,分别介绍这三种补贴工艺对有效解决铸件缩松问题的应用范围,对铸件的生产具有指导意义。The purpose of this paper is to introduce a method to solve the porosity problem in foundry process. In order to solve the problem of casting porosity effectively, the reasonable use of "pad" in foundry process can be divided into three categories according to its application scenarios: metal pad, indirect contact pad and exothermic pad. The mold flow process was analyzed by MAGMA software and the production process was tracked. The application scope of these three pad processes to effectively solve the problem of casting porosity was introduced, which has guiding significance to the production of casting.
