摘 要:本文对45号钢的汽车转向纵拉杆前段调整管的断裂现象进行了失效分析。采用化学成分检验、力学性能测试、金相检查、扫描电镜的方法对调节管断裂原因进行了分析,结果显示,断裂调整管的材料抗拉强度、化学成分、金相组织、硬度符合要求,断面的宏观形态、微观形貌分析显示,虽然断裂调整管存在早期疲劳缺陷,但并未形成贯穿性裂纹,而断面材料内脆性断裂区密集分布的不变形铝硅酸盐催型夹杂物是引起调整杆断裂的主要原因。In this paper,the fracture phenomenon of the front adjusting tube of the automobile steering longitudinal tie rod of No.45 steel is analyzed.The fracture causes of the regulating tube were analyzed by means of chemical composition inspection,mechanical property test,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the material tensile strength,chemical composition,metallographic structure and hardness of the fractured regulating tube met the requirements.The analysis of macro morphology and micro morphology of the section showed that although the fractured regulating tube had early fatigue defects,However,there is no through crack,and the main reason for the fracture of the adjusting rod is the dense distribution of undeformed aluminosilicate accelerated inclusions in the brittle fracture zone in the section material.
