摘　　要：本文介绍了在汽车产业高质量发展的大背景下,基于产品、用户、市场的多样化特征以及传统的标准管理模式,提出创建适合本企业的技术标准体系。本文具体阐述了技术标准体系的创建过程,包括建立组织保障机构、策划、结构模块设计、建立、实施运用以及动态管控,形成一个覆盖产品研制全过程、生产全链条的动态开放的技术标准体系。Under the background of high-quality development of automobile industry,based on the diversified characteristics of products,users and market and the traditional standard management mode,this paper puts forward to create a technical standard system suitable for the enterprise.This paper expounds the establishment process of the technical standard system,including system planning,system structure module design,system creation,system implementation and application,and dynamic management after system operation.
