摘 要:针对污水处理问题,为提升曝气充氧效果,采用NX建立三维模型,使用Fluent对过流部件进行多相流VOF数值模拟,选用标准κ-ε湍流计算模型,从离心式曝气机混合室内部的压力、出口流量、工作池内气体体积分数等方面,研究了方形和圆形两种形状的排出管对曝气性能的影响。结果表明,当排出管采用方形管时,压力差相较于圆形管提升12.8%,平均流速提升了67.4%,排出管出口处的气体流量增加了7.56 m^(3)/h,气体体积分数提升了9.7%。研究结果对离心式曝气机设计制造的经济性及运行高效性具有指导意义。Aiming at the problem of sewage treatment, in order to improve the effect of aeration and oxygenation, NX was used to establish the three-dimensional model, and the Fluent was adopted to simulate the multiphase flow VOF of the flow passage components. The standard κ-ε turbulence model was selected to study the impact of the shape of discharge pipe(round and square) on the aeration from the aspects of the gas-liquid mixture flow at the outlet of the discharge pipe, the pressure in the mixing chamber and the gas volume fraction in the aeration tank. Compared with the circular pipe, the discharge pipe with the shape of square pipe, the gas flow at the outlet of the discharge pipe, pressure difference, average flow velocity, and the gas volume fraction increased by 7.56 m^(3)/h, 12.8%, 67.4%, and 9.7%, respectively. The research has guiding significance for the design manufacture cost and operation efficiency of centrifugal aerator.
