摘　　要：鉴于化工企业运作过程中对氧气、氮气等气体的重要需求,空分装置在化工企业生产过程中具有不可或缺的作用。文章通过对化工厂空分气体的生产原理与工艺流程等内容的阐述,对空分装置的日常维护与常见故障处理进行了深入分析,为实现化工厂生产用气体的高效利用提供一些可行的建议。Given the important demand for gases such as oxygen and nitrogen in the operation of chemical companies,air separation units have an indispensable role in the production process of chemical companies.This paper describes the principles and processes of air.It is expected to provide a good reference for the efficient utilization of gases in chemical plants.
