油气输送管道腐蚀原因分析及防治措施

摘　　要：管道腐蚀已经成为影响油气输送管道运行效果的主要问题之一,严重影响了输送的安全和效率。为此,文章提出油气输送管道腐蚀原因及防治措施研究。在分析了油气输送管道腐蚀危害的基础上,分别从内壁腐蚀原因、外壁腐蚀原因以及防腐措施原因3个方面进行分析。其中,油气输送管道内壁腐蚀原因主要包括油气冲刷的腐蚀作用、高温高压的腐蚀作用以及酸性气体的腐蚀作用;外壁腐蚀原因主要包括地质特征的腐蚀作用、温度条件的腐蚀作用以及施工技术的腐蚀作用;防腐措施原因主要是指防腐层材料以及防腐施工技术合理性较低。针对分析结果,提出了以改进阴极保护技术、合理选择防腐层材料、改进防腐技术为核心的防治措施,并指出了具体的实施途径。Pipeline corrosion has become one of the main problems affecting the operation effect of oil and gas pipelines,which seriously affects the safety and eff iciency of transportation.Therefore,the reasons for corrosion of oil and gas pipelines and preventive measures are proposed.On the basis of analyzing the corrosion hazards of oil and gas transmission pipelines,the three reasons of inner wall corrosion,outer wall corrosion reasons and anti-corrosion measures are analyzed.Corrosion and acid gas corrosion;the causes of outer wall corrosion mainly include the corrosion of geological features,the corrosion of temperature conditions and the corrosion of construction technology.The reasons for anti-corrosion measures mainly refer to the low rationality of anti-corrosion layer materials and anti-corrosion construction technology.Aiming at the analysis results,the prevention and control measures centered on the improvement of cathodic protection technology,the rational selection of anti-corrosion layer materials,and the improvement of anti-corrosion technology are put forward,and the specif ic implementation methods are pointed out.
