摘　　要：钛白粉(二氧化钛)是目前效果最好的白色无机颜料。中国具有非常丰富的钛资源,但是由于中国在钛白粉工艺制作的起步相较于发达国家都要晚一些,因此在生产工艺、技术、硬件设备以及质量上和发达国家同业水平相对比有明显差距,导致中国在生产环境治理以及产品出口方面都存在一定难度。为了打破这种局面,中国钛白粉生产工艺技术需要加强创新,努力使钛白粉生产技术和产品质量与世界先进水平接轨。文章主要针对氯化法钛白粉生产工艺进行分析,提出流程中废渣和废水的处理及尾气的综合利用的措施和方法。Titanium white powder(titanium dioxide)is the best white inorganic chemical pigment at present.China is rich in titanium resources.However,compared with developed countries,China started the production of titanium dioxide later.Therefore,there is a signif icant gap between China and developed countries in terms of production process,technology,hardware equipment and quality.As a result,China has some diff iculties in production environment control and product export.In order to break this situation,China’s titanium dioxide production technology needs to strengthen innovation,and strive to make the titanium dioxide production technology and product quality in line with the world’s advanced level.This paper mainly analyzes the production process of titanium dioxide by chlorination,and puts forward the measures and methods for the treatment of waste residue and wastewater and the comprehensive utilization of tail gas.
