摘 要:煤气水分离装置运行状况不佳,将导致大量含尘重芳烃产生,造成工况恶化的同时,给固废处理带来较大难度。文章在把握煤气水分离装置运行问题的基础上,对含尘重芳烃来源展开分析,提出可以采用燃烧、气化和深度加工三种方法进行处理。结合工艺实践展开分析,针对原有处理工艺存在的问题提出采用三相分离技术等进行装置改造,最终可以取得理想的物质分离效果,满足资源高效利用需求。The poor operation of the gas-water separation device will lead to the production of a large amount of dusty heavy aromatic hydrocarbons,which will cause the deterioration of the working conditions and bring greater diff iculties to the solid waste treatment.On the basis of grasping the operation problems of the gas-water separation unit,the source of dusty heavy aromatic hydrocarbons is analyzed,and three methods of combustion,gasif ication and deep processing are proposed for treatment.Combined with the analysis of process practice,it is proposed to use three-phase separation technology to carry out device transformation according to the problems existing in the original treatment process,and f inally achieve the ideal material separation effect and meet the needs of eff icient utilization of resources.
