摘 要:针对传统自动化包装机械运行速度控制系统存在控制稳定性差的问题,在现有系统基础上,设计新的运行速度智能控制系统。系统硬件设计根据系统元件结构,将其划分为运行模块、操作显示模块以及控制模块。运行模块中选取RHI58N-0AAK1R6XN-02048增量型编码器加大数据管控力度,转换数据内部信号信息。操作显示模块中选择6AV2124-0JC01-0AX0触摸屏对系统进行操作;系统控制模块中选择STM32F103RCT6单片机为该系统的控制器,将自动化包装机械的调速信号输入到变频器,通过变频器控制包装机械的运行速度。系统软件设计中,设计自动化包装机械运行速度检测程序以及构建包装机械速度控制算法的离散时间差分模型,以实现自动化包装机械运行速度的智能控制。研究结果表明,该控制系统控制速度的准确性较高,且系统运行控制较为稳定。In order to solve the problem of poor stability of mechanical running-speed control,a new intelligent running speed control system is designed based on the existing system in this paper.In the system hardware design,according to the component structure,it is divided into operation module,operation display module and control module.In the operation module,RHI58N-0AAK1R6XN-02048 incremental encoder is selected to improve the data control and transform the internal signal information of the data.In the operation display module,6AV2124-0JC01-0AX0 touch screen is selected to realize the operation system.In the system control module,STM32F103RCT6 is selected as the controller of the system to input the speed control signal of the machine to the frequency converter to control the running speed of the machine.In the software design of the system,the detection program of the running speed of the automatic packaging machinery is designed,and the discrete time difference model of the speed control algorithm is constructed.Therefore,the intelligent control of the running speed of automatic packaging machinery is realized.The research results show that the control speed of the system designed in this paper can provide high accuracy and the system operation control is relatively stable.
