摘 要:由于滚动体的公转,角接触球轴承的刚度具有时变特性。考虑轴向载荷和径向载荷的联合作用,分析整体滚动体的受力及变形关系,建立无游隙时角接触球轴承的时变刚度模型。分析案例轴承在一个滚动周期内的刚度变化规律,并用平均刚度和幅值变化率表征轴承刚度的时变特性,分析滚珠数量、轴向载荷和径向载荷等对轴承刚度时变特性的影响规律。在分析轴承径向刚度与径向载荷的关系的基础上,将径向刚度突变时的径向载荷定义为临界载荷,分析了临界载荷随轴向载荷的变化规律。结果表明:轴承的平均刚度与滚珠数量和轴向载荷正相关,与径向载荷负相关;幅值变化率与滚珠数量负相关,与轴向载荷和径向载荷正相关;临界载荷随着轴向载荷的增大而增大。Due to revolution of the rolling elements,the stiffness of the angular contact ball bearing has time-varying characteristics.Considering the joint action of axial load and radial load,the force and deformation relation of the whole rolling elements are analyzed,and the time-varying stiffness model of the angular contact ball bearing without considering the clearance is established.Variation of stiffness of the case bearing in a rolling period is analyzed and characterized using the average stiffness and rate of change in amplitude.The influences of the number of balls,axial load and radial load on the time-varying characteristics of bearing stiffness are analyzed.Based on the relation between the bearing stiffness and radial load,the radial load with abrupt radial stiffness is defined as the critical load,and the relation between the critical load and axial load are analyzed.The results show that the average stiffness of bearings increases with the increase of the number of balls and axial load,and decreases with the increase of radial load.The rate of change in amplitude decreases with the increase of the number of ball bearings,and increases with the increase of axial and radial loads.The critical load increases with the increase of axial load.
