摘　　要：空调换热器通过液压胀接实现管材和翅片的连接,密封的效果决定了液压胀接能否达到要求。目前工厂常用的软质密封圈存在容易被工件破坏的弊端。为解决工厂液压胀接密封圈寿命短的问题,从选用密封材料和重新设计密封结构两方面开发了一种适用液压胀接工况的软质密封圈,并测试其性能。结果表明,该密封圈性能较之前得到很大提升。The connection between the tube and the fins is realized by hydraulic expansion.The sealing performance determines whether the hydraulic expansion can meet the requirements.At present,the soft sealing ring commonly used in factories is easily damaged by the workpiece.In order to solve the problem of short service life of hydraulic expansion seal rings in factory,a soft seal ring suitable for hydraulic expansion is developed from two aspects:selection of sealing material and redesign of the sealing structure.A soft seal ring suitable for hydraulic swelling conditions has been developed and its performance tested.The results show that the performance of the seal is improved compared with the previous one.
