摘  要:为了准确预测复材构件连接孔在临时紧固件连接时的损伤范围,需研究复材构件连接孔边缘在临时紧固件夹紧力作用下的失效形式与损伤过程。针对不同形状的夹紧脚与复材孔边缘的接触实际,在ABAQUS软件中建立三种典型临时紧固件的仿真模型,结合Hashin准则与Puck准则判定复材连接孔边缘的失效形式,准确预测复材孔周的损伤过程和失效形式。临时紧固件安装实验结果验证了所建立的临时紧固件仿真模型的有效性。结果表明:复材孔边缘的分层剥离和基体压溃是复材构件临时紧固件连接过程中的主要损伤形式;不同临时紧固件夹紧脚造成的复材孔边缘损伤存在较大差异,需根据最大夹紧力选择合适的临时紧固件类型。这些研究结果将为制定复材构件临时紧固件安装工艺规范提供参考和依据。In order to accurately predict the damage to the composite hole during temporary fastening,it is necessary to study the failure mode and the damage process of the hole under the clamping force.According to the actual contact between the clamping feet of different shapes and the edge of the composite holes,a simulation model of three typical temporary fasteners is established in the ABAQUS software.Hashin criterion and Puck criterion are combined to determine the failure mode of the composite material.The damage process and failure mode around the composite hole is predicted accurately.The experimental results of temporary fastener installation have validated the established simulation model of temporary fasteners.The results show that the delamination and the crushing of the matrix are the main factors in the temporary fastening process.The damage caused by the clamping feet of different temporary fasteners is quite different.It is necessary to select the appropriate type of temporary fastener according to the maximum clamping force.These findings will provide reference and basis for formulating the technical specifications for the installation of temporary fasteners for composite structures.
