摘  要:以Halbach型动圈式直线压缩机为研究对象,建立电磁理论模型。针对不同的轴向长度Halbach阵列永磁体推导出磁通密度、电磁力和感应电动势的解析表达式,结合2D有限元分析模型,分析结构参数对电机性能的影响。结果表明:保持极距不变,在一定范围内增大径向充磁的永磁体长度能够获得更大的磁通密度,轴向充磁的永磁体长度影响着永磁体形成磁力线闭合回路的大小,对永磁体排列方式以及选取永磁体轴向长度有指导意义。并分析了线圈匝数和气隙对电磁力的影响。最后搭建了磁通密度和比推力试验台对理论模型进行验证,结果表明:实验结果与解析结果非常吻合,误差在5%以内,证明了理论模型和磁通密度以及电磁力的表达式推导结果的准确性。研究结果对增加永磁体利用效率以及提高电磁力有重要的指导意义。In this paper,an electromagnetic model of the Halbach type moving coil linear compressor is established.Analytical expressions for the magnetic flux density,electromagnetic force and induced electric potential are derived for different axial length Halbach array permanent magnets,which are combined with 2D finite element analysis models to analyze the effects of structural parameters on motor performance.The results show that the length of radially magnetized permanent magnets can be increased within a certain range to obtain a larger magnetic flux density by keeping the polar distance constant.The length of axially magnetized permanent magnets affects the size of closed loop of magnetic lines formed by the permanent magnets,which provides information for the arrangement of permanent magnets and the selection of permanent magnet axial length.The influence of coil turns and air gap on the electromagnetic force is also analyzed.Finally,a flux density and specific thrust test rig is built to verify the theoretical model.The results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the analytical results,and the error is within 5%,which proves the accuracy of theoretical model and derivation of the expressions for magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force.The research results provide insights for increasing the utilization efficiency of permanent magnet and improving the electromagnetic force.
