摘  要:针对当前自行车停放车位紧缺、停放不规范等问题,提出了一种存取机械手与车位交错运动方式思路,设计了一种仓储式自行车自动存取立体车库。利用CAD软件对该车库的存取车位、存取机械手、存取运动单元等主要机械结构进行设计分析,然后基于FX2N-32MR PLC和MCGS触摸屏组态控制技术开发了人机交互控制系统与界面,通过实验测试,存取机械手在三自由度运动存取单元工作下,可精确到达车库本体内任意车位实现存取,运行稳定可靠,效率高,并且空间利用率高。In view of the problems of shortage of bicycle parking space and disorderly parking,the mode of interleaving movement between the access manipulator and the parking space is proposed and the storage bicycle multilevel garage with automatic access is designed.By using CAD software,the main mechanical structures such as the access parking space,the access manipulator and the access movement unit of the garage are designed and analyzed.Then,the human-computer interaction control system and interface are developed based on FX2 N-32 MR PLC and MCGS touch screen configuration control technology.The experimental tests show that the access manipulator can accurately reach any parking space in the garage body under the operation of the movement access unit with three degrees of freedom,implying that the operation is stable and reliable,with high efficiency and high space utilization.
