金属制品气动打标机的降噪与造型设计

摘　　要：针对金属制品气动打标机噪声污染问题,提出在整个打标机组加装隔声罩的结构设计方案,采取有效措施优化降噪工艺路线,解决了气动打标机噪声污染问题;采用三维软件按实际结构设计尺寸建模,把需要人机交互的各个部件在不影响造型设计要素的同时完善人机操作尺寸;整体外观形态以直面、直线为主及面与面之间采用圆弧平滑连接的造型风格,使得设备造型更加简洁、大方、宜人;色彩配置的主色调采用奶白色和淡雅的蓝色相搭配,使操作者感到轻松愉悦,作业环境改善,生产效率得以提高。In view of the noise pollution problem of the pneumatic marking machine for metal products,a structural design plan for installing a sound insulation cover in the entire marking unit is proposed.Effective measures are taken to optimize the noise reduction process route,and the noise pollution problem of the pneumatic marking machine is solved.The size of various components requiring human-computer interaction is improved without affecting the overall structural design.The overall appearance is mainly made of planar surfaces,straight lines and surface boundaries smoothly connected by circular arcs.The modeling style makes the equipment shape more concise,generous and pleasant.The main colors of the color configuration are matched with creamy white and elegant blue,which makes the operator feel relaxed and happy.The working environment is improved,and the production efficiency is improved.
