摘  要:根据动子质量和弹簧刚度设计了一款动磁式线性压缩机样机,并建立了动磁式线性压缩机动力学模型,采用描述函数法对系统进行了动态特性分析,将非线性模型进行了线性化,得到了系统的运行方程组。对线性压缩机的系统进行了仿真及实验,得到了频率特性曲线,以及谐振频率下活塞位移和速度、电流、电磁力随时间变化的关系曲线。研究结果表明:当线性压缩机的绕组电流与活塞速度相位角大致为零时,电磁力与电流的相位角大致为零时,此时线性压缩机的电磁力与速度大致同相位,线性压缩机处于谐振状态,所设计的样机的行程约为10 mm,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,以上研究为直线压缩机的弹簧系统的谐振的设计提供理论指导。A moving magnet linear compressor prototype is designed based on the mover mass and spring stiffness,and a dynamic model of the moving magnet linear compressor is established by using description function method to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system.Then,the nonlinear model is linearized,and the system’s equations of motion are obtained.The linear compressor system is simulated and tested,and the frequency characteristic curve are obtained,as well as the relationship curve of the displacement and speed of the piston,current,and electromagnetic force with time at the resonance frequency.The research results show that when the phase angle between the winding current of the linear compressor and the piston speed is approximately zero,and when the phase angle between the electromagnetic force and the current is approximately zero,the electromagnetic force and speed are approximately in phase and the linear compressor is in resonance.The stroke of the designed prototype is approximately 10 mm.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.This research provides theoretical guidance for designing the resonance of the spring system in the linear compressor.
